Salmon Steak Apple Salad


ingredients:

2 pieces of salmon fillet
1 tbsp olive oil

Marinade, mix together:
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ tsp black pepper bruised

Salad Apples:
300 g apples, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon raisins

Sauce, mix together:
2 tablespoons bottled mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice / juice
½ teaspoon pepper

How to make:

Brush the salmon with the marinade until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Heat oil, cook the salmon until cooked on both sides. Remove from heat.
Salad Apples: Toss apples, raisins and sauce until blended.
Serve salmon with Salad Apples.
